Class Structure

Theory - online via Zoom. All classes will be recorded and a link to view it again will be sent at the end of each session for your review. The recordings will be available to view up until the end of your course. It will thereafter be deleted for privacy purposes.
Practical - in person. Location: Skylit Ayurveda Center (10384B Gouin Blvd. O, Pierrefonds, QC H8Y3N8)

On completion of this course you will receive the designated Ayurvedic Practitioner certification from the Institute Skylit Ayurveda Center and also be eligible to join NAN - National Association of Naturopaths ( L'Association nationale des naturopathes - ANN).

Module 7.0 - Understanding the effects of metabolic waste (25h)

Module 8.0 -Determining the root cause of dosha imbalances (100H)

Module 9.0 - How to create and implement lifestyle adjustment plans (35h)

Module 10.0 - Ethics & Etiquette (35h)

Module 11.0 - Relational aid - laws and regulations in the field (35h)
